Nikola Tesla
SCIENZA
There were only two great geniuses in the world: Leonardo da Vinci and Nikola Tesla.
Nikola Tesla, the world’s greatest inventor. He is one of the greatest scientists in history. A pioneer of modern electrical power, he developed fundamental principles and technologies that contributed to the development of radio and high-voltage engineering.
He pioneered the use of high-frequency alternating currents and developed the polyphase system for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power, as well as technologies for converting electrical energy into mechanical and thermal energy.
Tesla’s work is timeless. It increasingly represents a shared heritage for people around the world in their pursuit of a better and happier life, freedom, and human dignity.
With his inventions, Tesla was far ahead of his contemporaries. He lived in a world that was often more interested in material concerns than in helping humanity, and he ultimately died in relative poverty and isolation.
Through his unconventional statements and visionary ideas, he continually engaged with the most advanced scientific developments of his time. He openly shared his ideas and thoughts, saying:
“My life is an open book, and I have nothing to hide.”
